Perfect upgrade for abrasive filaments
I switched to this hardened steel assembly specifically for printing carbon fiber nylon, and it has been flawless. The TZ4.0 design seems to prevent the clogs I used to get with the stock brass nozzle. Installation on my X1C took less than 10 minutes.

Solid build quality
The machining on the metal components is top-notch. No leaks, perfect threading, and it seated correctly on the first try. Highly recommended for anyone pushing their printer to higher temperatures.

Good but requires calibration
The hardware itself is great, but I had to re-run the flow rate calibration after installing it to get optimal results. Once calibrated, prints look good, but expect to spend some time tuning.

Eliminated my jamming issues
I was experiencing frequent jams with the stock hotend when switching between materials. This upgraded assembly has completely solved that problem. The flow is smooth and consistent even during long prints.
