Good backup to have on hand
Bought this as a spare just in case. Tested it briefly and it heats up quickly and maintains temp well. The build quality feels comparable to the OEM part.

Perfect replacement for my A1

Easy swap, no calibration needed

Solved my under-extrusion issues

Reliable and durable
I've put about 2kg of PETG through this so far with zero issues. The thermal coupling is efficient, and the fan shroud alignment is spot on. Very satisfied.

Great value, works as expected
Works perfectly with my A1 mini. The temperature stability is excellent. I deducted one star only because the packaging was a bit flimsy, but the part itself is solid.
Q: Does this come with a nozzle or just the heater block?
A: This assembly comes fully integrated with a standard 0.4mm hardened steel nozzle pre-installed. It is ready to use right out of the box.
Q: What is the maximum continuous operating temperature?
A: The assembly is rated for continuous operation up to 300°C, which covers most common engineering filaments like ABS and Polycarbonate blends.
Q: Do I need to perform any calibration after installing?
A: Usually, no manual calibration is required. The printer automatically detects the new hotend. However, running a quick flow calibration is always good practice for optimal results.
Q: Is this compatible with the Bambu A1 Combo version?
A: Yes, this hotend assembly is fully compatible with both the standard Bambu A1 and the A1 Combo versions, as well as the A1 mini.
Q: Can I use this for printing abrasive filaments like Carbon Fiber?
A: While the assembly works mechanically, the included standard nozzle is best suited for PLA, PETG, and TPU. For abrasive materials, we recommend swapping the nozzle to a hardened steel variant separately.
