Perfect upgrade for high-temp filaments
I switched to this 70W rod to print PEEK and it handles the temperature stability perfectly. The single-end design made installation in my custom hotend very easy.

No more cold pulls

Good value for money
Works well for my upgraded Prusa setup. It recovers temperature quickly after retractions. Only giving 4 stars because the included thermal paste was a small amount.

Great power, runs a bit hot
The heating speed is incredible compared to my old 40W cartridge. Just make sure your PID tuning is dialed in, otherwise it can overshoot slightly due to the high wattage.

Exactly as described
Dimensions are precise at 6x20mm. Fitment was snug in my aluminum heater block. The silicone wires are flexible and heat resistant.

Solid build quality
The stainless steel sheath feels very durable. I've been running this at 280°C continuously for days without any degradation in performance.
Q: How long are the silicone lead wires?
A: The high-temperature silicone wires are approximately 1 meter (39 inches) in length, providing plenty of slack for most printer configurations.
Q: Will this fit a standard E3D V6 heater block?
A: Yes, the 6mm diameter and 20mm length are designed to be compatible with standard E3D V6 and similar clone heater blocks.
Q: Does this come with a thermistor?
A: No, this package includes only the heating rod, heat sinks, and thermal paste. You will need to use your existing thermistor or purchase one separately.
Q: What is the maximum safe temperature for continuous use?
A: While it can reach higher peaks, we recommend a continuous operating limit of 400°C to ensure the longevity of the internal insulation and sheath.
Q: Can I use this with a 12V power supply?
