Solved my clogging issues
Switched from all-brass nozzles to these hybrid ones specifically for printing with glow-in-the-dark filament. The hard tip prevents the abrasive particles from widening the hole. My dimensional accuracy is back on point.

Perfect for abrasive filaments
The stainless steel tip holds up incredibly well against carbon fiber PLA. I've printed over 2kg without any noticeable wear on the nozzle diameter. Highly recommended for engineering materials.

Good quality, tight tolerance
These nozzles fit my E3D clone perfectly. The 0.2mm option gives amazing detail for miniatures. Only giving 4 stars because one of the five nozzles in my pack had a slightly crooked tip, but the others work flawlessly.

Decent but requires careful installation
The nozzles themselves are fine, but the threads were a bit stiff. I had to be very careful not to strip them while tightening into the heat block. Once installed, they print well, just take your time during setup.

Best value for money

Reliable workhorse
I run a small farm of printers and go through nozzles quickly. These offer the durability of hardened steel with the thermal conductivity of brass. The 0.4mm standard size produces consistent layers every time.
Q: Can I use these with TPU flexible filament?
A: Yes, absolutely. The smooth internal bore of the stainless steel tip actually helps reduce friction, making it easier to print flexible materials like TPU compared to some rougher hardened steel nozzles.
Q: What is the difference between this and a full hardened steel nozzle?
A: This hybrid design features a brass body for superior heat conductivity and a stainless steel tip for wear resistance. Full hardened steel nozzles are more durable against abrasives but often require higher temperatures and have slower heat transfer.
Q: Do I need to change my temperature settings when switching to these?
A: Generally, no. Since the body is brass, the thermal properties are very similar to standard brass nozzles. You can start with your usual temperature profiles and adjust slightly if needed based on your specific filament brand.
Q: Is the 0.2mm nozzle prone to clogging?
A: Smaller diameters are naturally more susceptible to clogs, especially with lower quality filament containing impurities. We recommend using high-quality filament and ensuring your PTFE tube is cut cleanly to minimize gaps where debris can accumulate.
Q: Are these nozzles compatible with the Creality CR-10 stock hotend?
A: No, these are designed for E3D V6 style hotends with M6 threads. The CR-10 stock hotend typically uses an MK8 style nozzle. You would need an adapter or a different hotend to use these.
