Essential upgrade for engineering plastics
If you plan on printing anything abrasive, this is a must-have. The hardened nozzle prevents wear that would ruin a standard brass nozzle in hours. Print quality remains crisp and detailed even after several spools.

Seamless installation

Perfect replacement for abrasive filaments
I switched to this hardened steel hotend to print carbon fiber reinforced PLA, and it works flawlessly. The installation on my X1 Carbon was straightforward, taking less than 10 minutes. Temperature stability is excellent.

Reliable and durable
I have been running this hotend daily for two months with glass-filled nylon. There is zero sign of wear on the nozzle tip. The temperature readings are accurate, and the layer adhesion is superior.
Q: Do I need to recalibrate the flow rate after installing this?
A: It is highly recommended to run the flow rate calibration process in the printer settings after replacing the hotend assembly. This ensures optimal extrusion multipliers for your specific filament and new nozzle combination.
Q: Is this compatible with the Bambu Lab P1P?
A: This specific assembly is designed for the X1 series (X1, X1-Carbon, X1E). While the hotend technology is similar, the connector and mounting mechanism for the P1P differ slightly. We recommend checking the P1P specific part number for compatibility.
Q: What is the maximum continuous operating temperature?
