Best nozzle for professional use
We use these in our office lab for rapid prototyping with composite materials. They last significantly longer than standard hardened steel nozzles. The Fuyuansheng brand has earned our trust.

Solid upgrade
Good nozzle overall. Flow rate is consistent and it handles PETG and ASA very well. Deducting one star only because the packaging was a bit flimsy, but the product itself is flawless.

Worth every penny
I was hesitant about the price compared to cheap brass nozzles, but the longevity makes it worth it. No more clogging from gritty filaments. My print surface finish improved immediately.

Excellent heat resistance
Running this at 420°C for high-temperature polymers without any issues. The coating seems very durable and the extrusion is consistent. Highly recommend for anyone pushing their printer to the limits.

Great quality, slightly tricky install
The build quality feels premium and very solid. It took a bit more torque to tighten compared to standard nozzles, so make sure your hot end is hot enough before installing to avoid stripping threads. Prints look fantastic though.

Perfect for abrasive filaments
I switched to this nozzle specifically for printing carbon fiber PLA, and the difference is night and day. My old brass nozzle wore out in two prints, but this tungsten carbide coated one shows no signs of wear after a full spool.
Q: How does this compare to a standard stainless steel nozzle?
A: While stainless steel is harder than brass, this tungsten carbide coated nozzle offers superior hardness and wear resistance, making it last roughly 5-10 times longer when printing abrasive materials.
Q: Can I use this with wood-filled PLA?
A: Absolutely. The tungsten carbide coating provides excellent resistance against the abrasive particles found in wood-filled and other composite filaments.
Q: What is the maximum safe operating temperature?
A: This nozzle is rated for continuous operation up to 450°C. Please ensure your hot end heater and thermistor are also rated for these temperatures.
Q: Does it come with a cleaning needle?
A: The package includes one nozzle and a small wrench for installation. A cleaning needle is not included, but standard 0.4mm cleaning tools will work fine.
Q: Is this nozzle compatible with the Ender 3 V2?
A: Yes, this nozzle features a standard M6 thread which is fully compatible with the Ender 3 V2 and most other Creality printers.
