Decent but instructions could be clearer
The parts are good quality, but the included paper instructions were vague. Had to rely heavily on online community guides for the Voron Trident integration.

Perfect for high-detail Voron builds
Installed this on my Voron 2.4 and the print quality with the 0.1mm nozzle is incredible. Great for miniatures. Assembly was straightforward if you follow the wiki.

Tiny details come out great
If you need fine details, this 0.1mm kit is the way to go. Just remember to slow down your print speeds. Very happy with the purchase.

Excellent upgrade for MK3S
Bought this to upgrade my old MK3S setup. The E3D V6 style fits perfectly. Thermal stability is much better than my stock hotend.

Good kit but needs tuning
The hardware quality is solid. However, getting the PID tuning right for the 0.1mm nozzle took some time. Once dialed in, it works flawlessly with PLA.

Solid performance after break-in
Had some initial clogging issues which resolved after a proper heat creep check and break-in procedure. Now it prints consistently.
Q: Is this kit compatible with 24V power supplies?
A: Yes, this kit supports both 12V and 24V systems, but please ensure you select the correct heater cartridge voltage during assembly.
Q: Can I use this on a stock Prusa i3 MK3S without modifications?
A: While it is listed as compatible, installing an E3D V6 style hotend on a stock MK3S usually requires printing a new fan duct and adjusting the mounting bracket.
Q: Does the 0.1mm nozzle work well with abrasive filaments like Carbon Fiber?
A: We do not recommend using standard brass 0.1mm nozzles with abrasive filaments as they will wear out quickly. Consider upgrading to a hardened steel nozzle separately.
Q: How long is the warranty on the heater block?
A: We offer a 90-day warranty against manufacturing defects for the heater block and heatbreak. Damage caused by improper assembly or overheating is not covered.
Q: What thermistor is included in the standard package?
A: The standard kit comes with an NTC 100K thermistor. If you need a PT1000, please select that option from the variant dropdown before ordering.
