Good but requires tuning
Works great once dialed in. I had to adjust my PID settings slightly because the thermal mass is different from the stock block, but results are excellent now.

Perfect upgrade for high-temp materials
Switched to this ceramic block for printing PEEK and it handles the heat beautifully. The temperature stability is noticeably better than my old brass block.
Q: Can this handle ABS filament safely?
A: Yes, absolutely. While it is rated up to 300°C for advanced materials, it works perfectly fine with ABS, PLA, PETG, and other common filaments.
Q: Is this compatible with the standard Revo hotend or only the High Flow version?
A: This kit is designed for the standard E3D Revo hotend system. Please check your specific model requirements before purchasing.
Q: Do I need to update my firmware when installing this?
A: Generally no, but we recommend checking your PID autotune settings after installation to ensure optimal temperature control with the new ceramic material.
