Seamless compatibility with A1 Mini

Good value bundle
Getting the silicone sock and all necessary screws in the box saves a lot of hassle. The print quality is sharp and layers adhere well. Just make sure to recalibrate your flow ratio after swapping the hotend.

Great quality, minor thermal paste mess
The build quality is excellent and feels very sturdy. Printing temperatures are consistent. I deducted one star because the pre-applied thermal paste was a bit messy to handle during installation, but once set up, performance is top-notch.

Perfect upgrade for abrasive filaments

Solved my clogging issues
My old nozzle kept getting scratched by glass-filled nylon. This hardened steel assembly solved that immediately. Installation took about 15 minutes following the online guide. Very satisfied with this purchase.

A: The lifespan varies based on usage frequency and temperature, but typically the silicone sock lasts 6 to 12 months. It should be replaced if you notice tears, significant hardening, or if it no longer insulates the block effectively.
Q: Do I need to update the firmware before installing?
A: Firmware updates are not strictly required for hardware compatibility, but we always recommend running the latest firmware version on your Bambu Lab printer to ensure optimal temperature control and calibration features.
Q: Is this compatible with the original Bambu Lab X1 Carbon?
A: No, this assembly is designed specifically for the H2D/H2C/H2S/P2S heads and the A1 series. The X1 Carbon uses a different hotend architecture and is not compatible with this kit.
Q: Does this come with a 0.6mm nozzle option or just 0.4mm?
A: This specific kit comes standard with a 0.4mm hardened steel nozzle. We do offer separate 0.6mm and 0.8mm nozzles compatible with this hotend assembly if you need to purchase them individually.
