Solid upgrade kit

Great build quality for the price. The filament sensor is responsive. I deducted one star because the screws provided were slightly different from the stock ones, requiring a different driver bit.

Upgraded my printing experience

Works well but fan is noisy

The extruder works as expected and prints are clean. My only complaint is that the cooling fan is slightly louder than the original one that came with the printer.

Perfect replacement part

Good value but instructions could be better

The hardware itself is solid and fits the Vyper perfectly. However, the included paper instructions were a bit vague. I had to watch a YouTube video to get the wiring right.

Q: Can I use abrasive filaments like Carbon Fiber with this nozzle?

A: The standard nozzle included is brass, which is not suitable for abrasive materials. For Carbon Fiber, we recommend purchasing a hardened steel nozzle separately and swapping it into this assembly.

Q: Does this kit come pre-assembled or do I need to put it together?

A: The hotend and extruder motor come pre-assembled as a single unit. You only need to mount it to the printer head and connect the electrical cables.

Q: Do I need to update my firmware after installing this?

A: Generally, no firmware update is required as this is a direct hardware replacement with identical electrical specifications to the original part.

Q: Is this compatible with the Anycubic Kobra Neo?

A: No, this assembly is specifically designed for the Anycubic Vyper model. The mounting points and wiring harness differ for the Kobra series.
