Perfect upgrade for my Voron

This kit fit perfectly into my Voron 2.4 build. The ceramic coating seems to retain heat very well, and I've had no issues with heat creep even during long ABS prints. Highly recommended for high-flow applications.

Good value for money

For the price, you get a complete solution. The thermistor reads accurately compared to my IR thermometer. Just make sure to tune your PID settings after installation as the thermal mass is different from stock.

Great quality, instructions could be better

The hardware itself is top-notch. Machining is precise and the threads are clean. I deducted one star because the wiring diagram was a bit vague for beginners, but if you know your way around a hotend, it's a breeze.

Solid construction

Very robust feeling kit. The aluminum block feels heavy and durable. Installation on my Prusa clone took about 20 minutes. No leaks and consistent extrusion so far.

Excellent thermal performance

Switched from a standard V6 to this Volcano setup. The temperature stability is impressive. I can print PLA at higher speeds without under-extrusion issues. The silicone sock fits snugly too.

Q: Is this compatible with a 24V power supply?

A: Yes, this kit supports both 12V and 24V systems. Please ensure you select the correct heater cartridge voltage option when ordering or verify the included component matches your printer's voltage.

Q: Do I need to re-level my bed after installing this?

A: It is highly recommended to perform a full bed leveling and Z-offset calibration after installing any new hotend assembly, as the nozzle tip position may vary slightly from your previous setup.
