Solved my clogging issues
I was constantly clogging with standard nozzles when trying specialty filaments. These hardened steel ones solved the problem instantly. Easy to swap out too.

Perfect for Carbon Fiber Prints
These hardened steel nozzles are a game changer. I switched from brass and immediately noticed no wear after printing 500g of carbon fiber PLA. The flow is consistent and clogs are non-existent.

Consistent extrusion at high speeds
I run my printer at high speeds for prototyping. The 0.6mm option provides excellent layer adhesion and speed without sacrificing detail. Highly recommended for the REVO system.

Great quality, slightly tricky install
The nozzle quality is top-notch and handles high temperatures well. Installation required a bit more torque than expected on my REVO hotend, but once seated, it works flawlessly.
Q: Can these be used with flexible TPU filaments?
A: Yes, they work well with TPU. The hardened material prevents wear, though we suggest using the 0.4mm size for better control with flexible materials.
Q: Are these nozzles compatible with the standard V6 hotend?
A: No, these are specifically designed for the REVO extruder system and feature a different threading mechanism than the standard V6 hotends.
Q: What is the maximum safe operating temperature for these nozzles?
A: These hardened steel nozzles are rated for continuous operation up to 500°C, making them suitable for PEEK, PEI, and other high-temperature materials.
Q: Does the package include both 0.4mm and 0.6mm sizes?
A: Please select the specific size variant when ordering. Each package contains two nozzles of the selected diameter, not a mix of both.
Q: Do I need to adjust my E-steps after installing these?
A: Generally, no calibration is needed as the internal volume remains similar to stock nozzles. However, we recommend running a flow rate test for optimal results with new materials.
