Excellent thermal performance
Switched from a stock block to this volcano compatible kit. The heat distribution is very even, which reduced stringing on my PLA prints. Highly recommend for anyone looking to upgrade their hotend.

Good quality, minor fitment issue
The ceramic heater works great and reaches target temps quickly. I had to slightly adjust the thermistor seating to get a perfect fit, but once installed, it has been reliable for over 50 hours of printing.

Perfect upgrade for my V6 setup

Solid replacement part
Works exactly as described. The ceramic element seems more durable than the previous silicone-covered heater I had. Only giving 4 stars because the included screws were a bit soft, but I used my own.
Q: What is the difference between the V6 and Volcano versions in this kit?
A: The main difference is the length of the heating zone. The Volcano version has a longer melt zone to accommodate higher flow rates for larger nozzles, while the V6 is standard for 0.4mm nozzles. Please select the one matching your current hotend geometry.
Q: How long is the warranty on these components?
A: We offer a 90-day manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. This does not cover damage caused by improper installation, voltage spikes, or physical misuse.
Q: Does this come with a thermistor or just the heater?
A: The kit includes both the ceramic heating element and a compatible thermistor, along with the necessary mounting screws and insulation sleeve. It is a complete replacement kit for the heating assembly.
Q: Can I use this with ABS filament?
