Fast heating and reliable
Heats up very quickly to the target temperature. I've printed over 50 hours with PLA and PETG without any temperature fluctuations. Highly recommended for Ender 3 S1 owners.

Solid component
Does exactly what it is supposed to do. The fit is snug in the heat block. Make sure to tighten the grub screw well to ensure good thermal contact.

Good quality, easy install
Installation was straightforward. The thermistor reads accurately compared to my old one. Only giving 4 stars because the wires were slightly stiffer than expected, but no issues during setup.

Perfect replacement for my Ender 3 S1

Q: Is this compatible with the original Ender 3 (non-S1)?
A: No, this kit is specifically designed for the Ender 3 S1 series which uses a 24V system. The original Ender 3 typically uses a 12V system. Please check your printer's voltage requirements before purchasing.
Q: How difficult is it to replace if I have never done it before?
A: If you are comfortable using a small hex key and following a guide, it is moderately easy. You will need to remove the fan shroud and hotend cover. We recommend watching a tutorial video specific to the Ender 3 S1 hotend replacement before starting.
Q: What is the maximum temperature this rod can handle?
A: This 40W heating rod is designed to reach typical printing temperatures up to 300°C safely. It is suitable for PLA, PETG, ABS, and other common filaments used on the Ender 3 S1.
