Best investment for my printer
Switching to this dual input single output kit doubled my effective flow rate capabilities. The heat retention is impressive, and clogs are virtually non-existent now. Will definitely buy again.

Great quality, minor fitting issue
The build quality is solid and feels durable. I had to slightly adjust the alignment of the thermal tube during installation, but once set up, it performs very well. Good value for the price.

Robust construction
The machining on the aluminum block is precise. Threads are clean, and the nozzle seats perfectly. No leaks detected after 50 hours of continuous printing. A reliable component for any serious maker.

Good performance, instructions could be better
The module works great once installed. However, the included diagram was a bit vague regarding torque specifications. I had to look up standard values online. Otherwise, the print quality is fantastic.

Excellent for multi-material experiments
I bought this to experiment with mixing filaments before extrusion. The dual input design is exactly what I needed. It handles PLA and PETG transitions smoothly. Highly recommended for advanced users.

Perfect upgrade for high-flow printing
This dual input module works flawlessly with my Volcano setup. The aluminum block heats evenly, and the copper insert ensures excellent thermal conductivity. I noticed a significant improvement in print speed without losing quality.
Q: Can I use abrasive filaments like Carbon Fiber with this?
A: The included brass nozzle is not suitable for abrasive filaments. You would need to purchase a hardened steel or ruby tipped nozzle separately to use carbon fiber safely.
Q: Is this compatible with E3D V6 hotends?
A: This kit is specifically designed for Volcano style hotends due to its longer heater block. It is not directly compatible with standard E3D V6 blocks without modification.
Q: Does this come with nozzles included?
A: Yes, the kit includes one brass nozzle. Additional nozzle sizes (0.6mm, 0.8mm) are available separately in our store.
Q: What is the maximum safe temperature for continuous operation?
A: While the materials can withstand up to 300°C, we recommend continuous operation below 260°C for optimal longevity of the PTFE liner if one is used upstream.
Q: How do I connect two spools to the dual inputs?
A: You will need a Y-splitter for your Bowden tubes or a dual-gear extruder setup to feed two filaments into the respective input ports on the heater block.
