Easy upgrade for beginners

Solved my under-extrusion issues

I was struggling with inconsistent extrusion on PLA and PETG. Swapping to this full assembly fixed the problem immediately. The thermal coupling seems much better than the stock part.

Great value for money

Good quality, fast shipping

The build quality feels solid. The brass nozzle heats up evenly. I deducted one star because the included silicone sock was slightly torn, but I had a spare anyway.

Works exactly as described. It handles higher flow rates well. Just make sure to level your bed again after installation as the Z-offset might shift slightly.

Q: Can I use this with abrasive filaments like Carbon Fiber?

A: The included nozzle is made of brass, which is not suitable for abrasive filaments. You can use this hotend assembly with abrasive materials only if you replace the nozzle with a hardened steel or ruby tipped one.

Q: Does this come with a 0.4mm nozzle pre-installed?

A: Yes, this assembly comes with a standard 0.4mm brass nozzle pre-installed and tightened. It is ready to use out of the box.
