Perfect replacement for my CR-6 SE
My original hotend started clogging frequently after six months. This upgrade was a direct fit and took only 15 minutes to install. Prints are back to being crisp and detailed.

Reliable and durable

Solved my temperature fluctuation issues
I was experiencing random temperature drops with my old unit. This new assembly holds temperature perfectly at 200°C for PLA and 230°C for PETG. Highly recommended.

Good quality, fast shipping
The build quality feels solid. The brass nozzle is well-machined. I deducted one star because the included fan was slightly louder than my original, but it cools effectively.

Works well but instructions were vague
The part itself works great now that it is installed. However, the paper instructions were very basic. I had to watch a YouTube video to ensure I seated the heat break correctly.
Q: Can I use abrasive filaments like Carbon Fiber with this nozzle?
A: The standard nozzle included is made of brass, which is not suitable for abrasive filaments. For Carbon Fiber or Glow-in-the-dark materials, we recommend swapping the brass nozzle for a hardened steel one.
Q: How long is the warranty on this item?
A: This product comes with a 90-day manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. Physical damage caused by improper installation or overheating is not covered.
Q: Does this come with a silicone sock?
A: No, the silicone insulation sock is not included in this package. You can reuse your existing one if it is in good condition or purchase one separately.
Q: Is this compatible with the standard CR-6 or only the SE version?
A: This assembly is specifically designed for the CR-6 SE model due to differences in the mounting bracket and connector types. It is not directly compatible with the non-SE CR-6 without modification.
Q: What is the voltage rating for the heater cartridge?
A: The heater cartridge operates at 24V. Please ensure your printer's power supply is set to 24V before installation to avoid damaging the component.
