Solid performance
Works exactly as expected. Print quality is sharp and consistent. Just remember that hardened steel conducts heat slightly differently, so you might need to tweak your temperature tower by 5 degrees.

Essential upgrade for X1C
If you plan on doing any engineering materials like PETG-CF or Nylon, this is a must-have. The V2.0 design seems to have better thermal stability than the stock brass version.

Perfect for abrasive filaments
I switched to this hardened steel nozzle specifically for printing carbon fiber PLA. It has held up perfectly after 2kg of filament with no signs of wear. Installation on my P1P was straightforward.

Good quality, slightly tricky install
The nozzle itself is high quality and prints very smoothly. I deducted one star because the instructions could be clearer on the heating sequence for removal, but once installed, it works great.

A: With abrasive filaments like carbon fiber or glow-in-the-dark, a hardened steel nozzle can last 10 to 20 times longer than a brass nozzle. With non-abrasive filaments, the lifespan is effectively indefinite for hobbyist use.
Q: Is this compatible with the Bambu Lab A1 mini?
A: No, this V2.0 hotend is specifically designed for the X1, X1-Carbon, P1P, and P1S series. The A1 mini uses a different hotend assembly structure.
Q: Can I use this with standard PLA without changing settings?
A: Absolutely. While it is optimized for abrasive materials, it works perfectly fine with standard PLA, PETG, and ABS. You may not need to change any slicer settings.
