Perfect replacement for my P1P
My original hotend started giving inconsistent temperature readings after six months. This assembly fit perfectly and the calibration was spot on immediately. Printing PLA and PETG has never been smoother.

Essential spare part

Great value for money
Cheaper than buying directly from the main manufacturer but performs just as well. My ABS prints are coming out clean with no layer separation issues. Very satisfied with the purchase.

Works but shipping was slow
The part itself functions correctly and fits the P1S without modification. However, it took three weeks to arrive, which delayed my project. The product is fine, just plan ahead.

Good quality, instructions could be better
The ceramic heating plate works great and heats up very quickly. I deducted one star because the installation guide was a bit vague regarding the wire routing, but overall a solid product.
Q: How long is the warranty on this replacement part?
A: We offer a 90-day warranty against manufacturing defects. If the thermistor fails or the heater stops working within this period under normal use, please contact us for a replacement.
Q: What tools are required for installation?
A: You will typically need a hex key set (usually 2mm and 2.5mm) and a pair of tweezers for handling the small connectors. A multimeter is optional for verifying continuity before powering on.
Q: Is this compatible with the X1 Carbon model?
A: No, this assembly is specifically designed for the Bambu Lab P1P and P1S models. The X1 Carbon uses a different hotend configuration.
Q: Can this handle high-temperature materials like Polycarbonate?
A: Yes, the ceramic heating element is rated up to 300°C, which is sufficient for printing Polycarbonate, Nylon, and other engineering filaments supported by the P1P/S hardware.
Q: Does this come with a new nozzle or just the block?
A: This package includes the complete hotend assembly with the heating plate and thermistor pre-installed. It does not include a separate nozzle; you can reuse your existing M6 nozzle or purchase one separately.
