Perfect for high-speed printing
This Vulkano nozzle is a game changer for my E3D V6 setup. The extended design allows for much better heat transfer, and I can push PLA at 150mm/s without any issues. Highly recommended for anyone looking to increase throughput.

Good value for money
Solid construction and performs as advertised. It handles PETG very well. Just remember to adjust your slicer profiles for the specific diameter you choose, as the flow dynamics change significantly compared to standard nozzles.

Easy upgrade
As someone relatively new to 3D printing, I was worried about installing this. It screwed right in like a charm. My print times have decreased significantly on large vase mode projects. Very happy with this purchase.

Smooth flow rate
Switched from a standard 0.4mm nozzle to this large bore version for structural parts. The layer adhesion is incredible due to the higher volume extrusion. Installation was straightforward and leak-free.

Excellent for abrasive materials
I use this with wood-filled filament, and the large bore prevents clogging almost entirely. The brass material holds up well, though for very long runs with carbon fiber, you might eventually want a hardened steel version. For now, it's perfect.

Great quality brass
The machining on this nozzle is excellent. Threads fit perfectly onto my hotend block with no leaks. I deducted one star only because the larger bore requires some tuning of retraction settings, but once dialed in, prints look fantastic.
Q: Does this come in a 0.2mm size for detail work?
A: This specific Vulkano Extended model is optimized for large bore applications (typically 0.6mm and above) to maximize flow rates. For fine detail work like 0.2mm, please check our standard brass nozzle series.
Q: What is the maximum recommended temperature for continuous printing?
A: While the brass material can withstand higher peaks, we recommend a continuous operating temperature of up to 300°C to ensure longevity and prevent deformation of the tip.
Q: Is this nozzle compatible with the E3D V6 clone hotends?
