Perfect upgrade for abrasive filaments
Switched to this hardened steel hotend specifically for printing carbon fiber nylon. The flow is excellent and the detachable design makes swapping nozzles incredibly fast. Highly recommended for engineering materials.

Great quality, slightly tricky install
The build quality is top-notch and prints look sharp. Installation took me a bit longer than expected as I had to be careful with the thermistor wiring, but once set up, it works flawlessly.

Solid upgrade from stock
Noticed better layer adhesion when printing tough materials. The only reason for 4 stars is the price point, but considering the durability of the hardened steel, it's worth the investment.

Consistent high-temp performance
I regularly print at 285°C with this kit and the temperature stability is impressive. No clogs so far after three spools of glass-filled PETG. The hardened nozzle holds up well against wear.

Essential for serious users
If you own a P1S or X1 series, this is a must-have. The ability to quickly swap the entire hotend assembly saves so much downtime during maintenance. Print quality remains crisp.
Q: Is this compatible with the original Bambu Lab P1P?
A: Yes, this hotend kit is fully compatible with the P1P, P1S, X1, X1C, and X1E models.
Q: Does the kit come with thermal paste pre-applied?
A: A small packet of thermal paste is included in the box. We recommend applying a fresh thin layer during installation for optimal heat transfer.
Q: What is the maximum safe operating temperature?
A: The hotend is rated for continuous operation up to 300°C. Please ensure your slicer settings do not exceed this limit.
Q: Can I use this nozzle with PLA filament?
A: Absolutely. While designed for abrasive materials, it works perfectly fine with standard PLA, PETG, and ABS filaments as well.
Q: How difficult is it to replace the nozzle itself versus the whole hotend?
A: The nozzle can be replaced individually when cold, but the entire hotend assembly is designed for quick swapping while warm to minimize downtime during jams or material changes.
