Good quality but instructions could be better
The build quality of the hotend is solid, and it handles high temperatures well. However, the included wiring diagram was a bit vague. If you have some experience with 3D printers, this won't be an issue.

No more clogs!
I switched from the standard PTFE lined tube to this all-metal version, and my clogging issues with PLA and PETG are completely gone. The remote extruder design works flawlessly with the CR-10S Pro.

Essential for engineering filaments

Solid replacement part
Works as advertised. The 24V heater cartridge heats up very fast. Just make sure to level your bed again after installation as the nozzle height might vary slightly from the original.

A: No, this specific kit does not include a silicone sock. However, the heater block is standard sized, so you can easily purchase a compatible 24V silicone sock separately if needed for temperature stability.
Q: Can I use 1.75mm flexible filament like TPU with this hotend?
A: Yes, the all-metal design is suitable for flexible filaments like TPU, provided your extruder gear can handle the material. The direct path reduces friction compared to Bowden setups with PTFE tubes.
