Solved my extrusion issues
My printer was under-extruding constantly. Swapping to one of these new brass nozzles and using the cleaning pins fixed the issue immediately. Highly recommend for maintenance.

Good quality brass
The brass seems durable and conducts heat well. The only reason for 4 stars is that the instructions could be more detailed for beginners, but the parts themselves are excellent.

Must-have maintenance tool
If you print with abrasive filaments, you need this. The unclogging pins are thin enough to clear even the tiniest blockages without damaging the nozzle interior.

Perfect spare parts collection

Essential kit for any CR-10 owner

Great value, organized well
The plastic case keeps all 43 pieces neatly sorted. I haven't used the pneumatic fittings yet, but the heater block replacement was straightforward. One pin was slightly bent, but there were spares.
Q: Does the heater block come pre-installed with a thermistor?
A: No, the heater block is sold as a standalone component. You will need to transfer your existing thermistor and heating cartridge or purchase them separately if yours are damaged.
Q: Are these nozzles compatible with the CR-10 V3 model?
A: Yes, these nozzles feature the standard M6 thread and are fully compatible with the CR-10 V3, as well as most other models in the CR-10 series.
Q: Can I use the unclogging pins on a cold nozzle?
A: It is recommended to gently heat the nozzle to soften any residue before using the unclogging pins. Forcing pins into a cold, hardened clog may bend the pins or damage the nozzle.
Q: Is there a specific tool needed to install the pneumatic fittings?
A: No special tools are required. The pneumatic fittings are push-to-connect, though you may need a small wrench to tighten the locking nut if your setup requires it.
Q: What is the maximum temperature these brass nozzles can withstand?
A: Standard brass nozzles are generally rated for temperatures up to 300°C. For higher temperature materials, we recommend upgrading to a steel or hardened steel nozzle.
