No more nozzle erosion
I was going through brass nozzles every few spools. This hardened steel version has lasted months with heavy abrasive use. Highly recommended for professional workflows.

Solid construction
Feels very robust. The heating element brings the temp up quickly and maintains it steadily. No clogs so far after printing 2kg of glass-filled nylon.

Essential for serious printing
If you plan on printing anything abrasive, this is a must-have. The detachable design makes swapping nozzles incredibly fast. Very happy with this purchase for my P1P.

Great upgrade but runs slightly hotter
The build quality is excellent and it handles high-temp materials well. Just note that you might need to tweak your temperature profiles slightly compared to the brass nozzle.

Works exactly as described. The only reason for 4 stars is that the instructions could be a bit more detailed for first-time upgraders, but online guides help.

Perfect for carbon fiber prints
Finally upgraded to the hardened steel hotend and the difference is night and day. I can print CF-PLA without worrying about nozzle wear. The installation on my X1C was straightforward.

A: Yes, you can absolutely use standard PLA. While optimized for abrasive and high-temperature materials, it works perfectly fine with regular filaments as well.
Q: Does this come with a nozzle wrench?
A: Yes, the package includes the necessary tools for installation and nozzle changes, including a specialized wrench compatible with the hardened steel nozzle.
Q: What is the maximum continuous operating temperature?
A: The hotend is rated for continuous operation up to 300°C, making it suitable for materials like Polycarbonate (PC) and Nylon.
