Reliable upgrade
Simple swap using the included tool. The finish is smooth, and the internal bore looks very precise. My 0.4mm prints are crisp and dimensionally accurate even after 500 hours of printing.

Great durability, slightly slower heating
The build quality is excellent and the quick-release mechanism works perfectly on my P2S. I noticed it takes a few seconds longer to reach target temperature compared to brass, but the longevity makes up for it.

Perfect fit for X2D
Installed easily on my X2D. The tolerances are spot on, and I haven't experienced any leaks or clogs. Highly recommend if you plan on doing a lot of engineering material prints.

No more frequent replacements
I used to change my nozzles every few weeks due to wear from glass-filled nylon. Since switching to this hardened steel version, I haven't had to replace it once. Saves money and time in the long run.

Good but requires higher temps
Works well for abrasives, but keep in mind that steel conducts heat differently than brass. I had to increase my printing temperature by about 5-10 degrees to get the same layer adhesion as before.

Essential for abrasive filaments
I switched to this hardened steel nozzle specifically for printing carbon fiber PLA. The standard brass nozzle wore out after just two spools, but this one has been going strong for months with zero degradation in print quality.
Q: What is the difference between Standard Flow and High Flow nozzles?
A: Standard Flow nozzles have a standard internal geometry suitable for most general-purpose printing. High Flow nozzles have a modified internal shape to reduce resistance and allow faster extrusion rates for bulk printing.
Q: Does the package include a cleaning needle?
A: No, this package contains only the hardened steel nozzle. Cleaning tools are typically included with the printer or sold separately in our maintenance kit.
Q: Is this nozzle compatible with the original Bambu Lab X1 Carbon?
A: This specific model is designed for the X2D, P2S, H2D, H2S, and H2C series. While the threading is similar, we recommend checking the specific hotend assembly compatibility for the X1 Carbon to ensure proper fitment.
Q: How often should I replace this hardened steel nozzle?
A: Under normal usage with abrasive filaments, a hardened steel nozzle can last 5 to 10 times longer than a brass nozzle. Replace it only if you notice consistent under-extrusion, widening of the hole, or physical damage.
