Perfect upgrade for abrasive filaments
I switched to this hardened steel hotend specifically to print carbon fiber PLA, and it works flawlessly. The installation on my A1 Mini was straightforward, taking less than 10 minutes. No clogs so far after 2kg of material.

Good product, tricky first calibration
The hardware itself seems solid. However, I struggled a bit with the flow rate calibration after installing it. It took a few attempts to get the first layer right. Support was helpful though, and now it prints great.

Great quality but runs slightly hotter
The build quality is excellent and feels very durable. I noticed the temperature reading is about 2-3 degrees higher than my original brass nozzle, so I had to tweak my temperature tower slightly. Once dialed in, prints are perfect.

Robust and reliable
Been running this for three weeks straight on glass-filled nylon. The hardened steel shows no signs of wear, whereas my brass nozzle would have been destroyed by now. Highly recommended for the A1 series.

Solid upgrade
Does exactly what it says. The fan is quiet and the heating is fast. I deducted one star only because the price is a bit steep compared to generic options, but the fit and finish are superior.

If you plan on doing any engineering materials, this is a must-have. The silicone sock fits perfectly and helps maintain consistent temps. The quick-connect cable makes swapping hotends in the future incredibly easy.
