Solid construction
Very impressed with the machining precision. No leaks around the nozzle junction, and the thermal transfer is efficient. My print times have actually decreased slightly due to better heating consistency.

Good value for money
Does exactly what it promises. The hardened steel holds up well against wear. I deducted one star only because the packaging was a bit loose, but the product itself arrived undamaged and works great.

Great durability, slightly tricky install
The build quality is excellent and feels very robust. Installation took me about 20 minutes as the instructions could be clearer on the torque settings for the heater block. Once installed, it works flawlessly.

Perfect upgrade for abrasive filaments
I switched to this hardened steel assembly specifically for printing carbon fiber reinforced PLA. The disassemblable design makes cleaning clogs incredibly easy compared to the stock unit. Print quality remains sharp even after 2kg of filament.

No more clogs!
I was constantly clogging my brass nozzles with glitter PLA. This hardened steel assembly has completely solved that problem. The ability to take it apart and clean it thoroughly is a game changer.

Essential for high-temp materials
Running ABS and ASA at higher temperatures with no issues. The spray coating seems to help with heat retention. Being able to swap just the nozzle instead of the whole hot end saves money in the long run.
Q: Does this come with a silicone sock?
A: No, the silicone sock is not included in this package. You can reuse your existing one if it fits, or purchase one separately.
Q: What is the maximum recommended temperature for continuous printing?
A: While the material can withstand up to 300°C, we recommend continuous printing at temperatures up to 280°C for optimal longevity of the heater cartridge.
Q: How difficult is it to disassemble for cleaning?
A: It is designed to be user-serviceable. You simply need to heat the end, unscrew the nozzle, and separate the components. Basic hex keys are required.
Q: Is this compatible with the Bambu Lab X1 Carbon?
A: Yes, this assembly is fully compatible with the X1, X1 Carbon, P1P, and P1S models.
Q: Can I use standard M6 nozzles with this hot end?
A: Absolutely. It uses the standard M6 thread pattern, so any compatible M6 hardened steel or brass nozzle will fit.
