Does exactly what it is supposed to do. No fancy packaging since it came from a kit, but the tool itself is brand new and shiny.

A: We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items. However, since this is a universal standard size, compatibility issues are extremely rare.

A: The item is unused and new. It was simply removed from the original Arsenal Drum Kit packaging to be sold individually.
