Excellent value
For the price point, you really can't beat this. It's not a pro-level racing pedal, but for studio work and live jazz, it performs beautifully.

Good but needs tweaking
The pedal works well once you spend time setting it up. Out of the box, the spring was too loose for my taste. After adjustment, it plays nicely.

Solid beginner pedal
Bought this for my son who is learning drums. It's sturdy and easy to adjust. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that the beater felt a bit light at first, but we got used to it.

Great durability
I've been using this for six months in a cover band, playing three nights a week. No signs of wear, and the hinge is still silent. Highly recommend.

Perfect for jazz gigs
