Best upgrade I've made

Replaced the stock pickups in my import LP with these Lao Hao GB59s. The difference is night and day. Sustain is improved, and the harmonics ring out beautifully.

Incredible vintage tone for the price

I installed these in my custom build and was blown away. The clarity is excellent, and they handle high gain without getting muddy. Definitely rivals pickups costing three times as much.

Solid choice for modders

Good output and nice aesthetic. The nickel covers are well-finished. I deducted one star only because the lead wires were a bit short for my specific wiring harness, but easily extendable.

Great sound, slightly tight fit

The tone is warm and punchy, exactly what I wanted for blues rock. I had to do a little sanding on the pickup ring to get a perfect fit, but once installed, they look and sound amazing.
