Solid choice for students

Decent but requires adjustment
The mouthpiece itself is fine, but the included reed was too hard for a beginner. Once I swapped the reed, the sound improved significantly.

Good upgrade from stock mouthpiece
The ebonite option feels very comfortable and offers a warmer sound than my original plastic mouthpiece. Took a little time to break in, but worth it.

Q: Does this mouthpiece fit a tenor saxophone?
A: No, the Jiuye model is specifically designed for Alto Saxophones (Eb). We offer separate models for Tenor and Soprano saxophones.
Q: Is the ligature adjustable?
A: Yes, the included ligature features two screws that allow you to adjust the pressure evenly on the reed for optimal vibration.
