Easy installation

Standard quality for upgrades
These are the industry standard for a reason. Easy to solder, fit perfectly into the pickguard holes, and the 500K value works great for my humbucker-equipped Les Paul.

Good value pack
Bought the kit with the switch included. Everything worked as expected. Only giving 4 stars because the shafts were slightly tighter than I expected, requiring a bit more force to install the knobs, but no damage occurred.

Smooth operation and great tone
Installed these in my Stratocaster to replace the scratchy old pots. The difference is night and day. The sweep is incredibly smooth, and the high-end clarity is preserved perfectly when rolling off the volume.

Silenced the noise
My bass was crackling every time I touched the volume knob. Swapped them out for these genuine CTS pots and the noise is completely gone. Very happy with the purchase.
Q: What is the difference between the 250K and 500K options?
A: Generally, 250K pots are used for single-coil pickups to prevent the sound from becoming too bright, while 500K pots are used for humbuckers to maintain high-end clarity. Using the wrong value can make the guitar sound muddy or overly shrill.
Q: Is the switch pre-wired or do I need to connect it myself?
A: The switch is not pre-wired. You will need to solder the connections yourself according to your desired wiring diagram. This allows for maximum flexibility in customizing your instrument's electronics.
Q: Does this come with the soldering wire?
A: No, this package includes the potentiometers and the selector switch with mounting hardware only. Solder, wire, and tools are sold separately.
Q: Will these fit a Squier Stratocaster without modifying the body?
A: Yes, these feature standard imperial sizing which fits most Squier models. However, some very specific import models might use metric sizing, so we recommend measuring your existing pot bushing diameter before purchasing.
Q: Are these pots suitable for active pickup systems?
A: These are passive potentiometers designed for standard passive pickup systems. For active systems, you typically do not need external pots of this type as the preamp handles the control, but they can be used if specifically wiring around an active circuit.
