No more crackling sounds
My old jack was causing intermittent signal loss. This new cat-eye socket solved the problem immediately. The connection is solid and noise-free.

Good quality, tight fit
The build quality is excellent and feels sturdy. It was a bit tight going into the wood, so I had to sand the edges slightly, but once installed, it works great.

Solid hardware
Does exactly what it is supposed to do. The nickel plating seems durable. Only giving 4 stars because the screws provided were a tiny bit short for my thick body.

Perfect replacement for my old Strat

Looks amazing on my custom build
I used this for a DIY guitar project. The oval shape gives it a unique vintage look that round jacks just don't have. Highly recommended for custom builds.

A: Yes, this jack is designed to fit standard Stratocaster routing holes without the need for additional woodworking.
Q: Does it come with a nut for mounting from the inside?
A: No, this model is designed to be screwed directly into the guitar body from the outside using the included screws. It does not use a mounting nut.
Q: Can I use this on a bass guitar?
A: Yes, as long as your bass guitar uses a standard 1/4 inch output hole and has enough body thickness for the screws, it will work perfectly.
Q: What is the depth of the recessed part?
A: The recessed depth is approximately 5mm, allowing the cable plug to sit flush with the guitar body for better protection.
Q: Is this jack compatible with stereo cables or only mono?
A: This is a mono jack designed for standard instrument cables. It is not suitable for stereo applications.
