Great upgrade part
Upgraded from a cheap plastic jack to this metal one. The difference in durability is night and day. Looks professional on the guitar body.

Sturdy and reliable
I've installed these on three different bass guitars now. They hold the cable firmly without being too hard to plug in. Very satisfied.

Good quality, tight fit
The build quality is excellent. It was a bit tight to install in the tube, but once seated, it feels very secure. Great value for the price.

Works as described
Exactly what I needed for a rear-mount installation. The solder lugs are large enough to work with easily. Took off one star because the nut was slightly cross-threaded initially.

Solved my output issue
My old jack was loose and causing signal dropouts. This oval socket fixed the problem immediately. Highly recommend for any DIY guitar repair.

Perfect replacement for my Strat
This jack fit perfectly into the existing hole on my Fender Stratocaster copy. The nickel plating looks great and the connection is solid with no crackling.
Q: Does this come with a ground wire?
A: No, this package includes only the jack socket, nut, and washer. You will need to use your own wire for grounding and signal connection.
Q: What is the diameter of the mounting hole required?
A: The standard mounting hole diameter for this type of jack is typically around 11mm to 12mm, but please measure your existing hole to be sure.
Q: Do I need special tools to install this?
A: You will need a soldering iron, solder, wire cutters, and typically a small wrench or socket set to tighten the mounting nut.
Q: Will this fit a standard Telecaster body?
A: Yes, this oval socket is designed to fit standard Fender-style Telecaster and Stratocaster control plates and bodies.
Q: Is this compatible with active pickups?
A: Yes, this is a passive mono jack that works fine with active pickup systems, provided your battery clip is connected correctly to the jack terminals.
