Solid construction
I've installed dozens of these for repair jobs. They hold up well over time and the plating doesn't flake off like cheaper alternatives.

Silenced the noise
Had a buzzing issue that turned out to be a bad ground on the old jack. Swapped this in and the noise is gone. Highly recommend the gold version.

Works but instructions needed
The part itself is fine, but if you are a beginner, be careful not to overheat the terminals while soldering. Otherwise, it does the job.

Good quality, tight fit
The build quality is excellent. It was a bit tight going into the hole on my Les Paul copy, but once installed, it feels very secure. No more loose connections.

Great value for money
Bought the black finish to match my hardware. Looks professional and works flawlessly. Much cheaper than buying a pre-wired plate.

Perfect replacement part
My old jack was crackling constantly. This gold-plated version fit perfectly into my Stratocaster and the signal is now crystal clear. Very easy to solder.
Q: Can this be used for stereo output?
A: No, this is a 2-pin mono jack. For stereo applications, you would need a 3-pin TRS (Tip-Ring-Sleeve) jack.
Q: Do I need any special tools to install this?
A: You will need a soldering iron, solder, wire cutters/strippers, and usually a small wrench or socket to tighten the included hex nut from the outside.
Q: Will this fit a standard Telecaster body?
A: Yes, this is a standard 6.35mm mono jack that fits most electric guitars including Telecasters, Strats, and Les Pauls, provided the mounting hole is the standard size.
Q: Is the black finish durable or will it scratch easily?
A: The black finish is an electroplated coating designed for durability. While no finish is scratch-proof, it holds up well under normal playing and plugging conditions.
Q: What is the difference between the gold and silver versions?
A: Functionally they perform the same. Gold offers slightly better corrosion resistance and conductivity over long periods, while silver is a classic look that may tarnish slightly over time without cleaning.
