Great device, app needs minor tweaks
The hardware is solid and the magnetic mount makes installation a breeze. The real-time positioning is accurate within a few meters. The only reason for 4 stars is that the mobile app interface could be more intuitive, but it gets the job done.

Solid anti-theft solution
The vibration alarm is very sensitive, which is good for security. Setup took about 15 minutes. The video quality at night is decent enough to identify faces near the vehicle. Good value for the price.

Perfect for teen drivers
Bought this to keep an eye on my son's first car. The geo-fencing alert notifies me immediately if he leaves the designated school zone. The audio recording gives extra security without being intrusive. Very satisfied.
Q: Is the device compatible with electric vehicles?
A: Absolutely. Since it has its own internal backup battery, it works perfectly with electric vehicles regardless of the main battery status. It can also be hardwired to the EV's auxiliary power system.
Q: How accurate is the positioning in underground garages?
A: GPS signals may weaken underground, but the device uses LBS (Location Based Services) via cell towers as a fallback to provide an approximate location until the vehicle returns to an open area.
Q: What happens if the thief disconnects the main power?
A: The device has an internal rechargeable battery that automatically activates if the external power source is cut. It will immediately send an alert to your phone indicating a power failure and continue tracking.
Q: Can I listen to the recorded audio remotely?
A: You can access recorded audio files through the mobile app once the device uploads them to the cloud. Live listening is available depending on local privacy regulations and account settings.
Q: Does this device require a monthly subscription fee?
