Great sound, app needs work

Good hardware, setup was tricky
The device itself seems robust and the GPS is fast. However, connecting it to the Wi-Fi initially took several attempts. Support helped me resolve it eventually.
Q: Can I listen to recordings live or only after downloading them?
A: You can stream live audio directly through our secure mobile app, as well as download recorded files for offline listening.
Q: Does the noise reduction work when windows are open?
A: Yes, the professional HD noise reduction algorithm significantly minimizes wind and road noise, ensuring voice clarity even with windows partially open.
Q: Does this device require a monthly subscription for GPS tracking?
A: The device includes a SIM card with a basic data plan for the first year. After that, a small monthly fee applies for continued real-time GPS services.
Q: Is the device waterproof enough to be placed under the car chassis?
A: The device is IP54 rated, meaning it is resistant to splashes and dust. We do not recommend submerging it or placing it in areas prone to heavy water exposure like under the chassis.
Q: What happens if the SD card gets full?
A: The device features loop recording. When the storage is full, it will automatically overwrite the oldest files unless you have locked specific recordings.
