Good hardware, app needs work

The device itself seems robust and the magnetic mount is strong. However, the mobile app crashes occasionally when trying to playback recorded audio. Customer support said an update is coming soon.

Great device, battery could be better

The GPS accuracy is spot on and I love being able to listen in if I suspect something weird with my car. The only downside is that with constant updates, the battery drains faster than the 14 days advertised, more like 8 days for me.

Solid anti-theft solution

Easy to hide in the vehicle due to its compact size. The satellite locator works even in underground parking garages where my phone usually loses signal. Deducting one star because the subscription fee is a bit high.
