Good value for money
Does exactly what it says. The texture provides good grip for bare feet. I took off one star because the color was slightly different from the photo, but functionality is top-notch.

Compact and effective
Love how easy it is to store under the couch or in my gym bag. Despite being lightweight, it feels very stable during use. Great addition to my home yoga studio.

Great quality, slightly smaller than expected
The build quality is excellent and it doesn't slip on my hardwood floor. I just wished it was an inch wider for larger feet, but it still works well for general ankle mobility exercises.

Perfect for deep calf stretches
This incline board has been a game changer for my morning yoga routine. The 20-degree angle is perfect for stretching out tight calves without straining my knees. The foam is firm yet comfortable.

Sturdy and non-slip
I use this for squats to improve my ankle dorsiflexion. It stays firmly in place even when I put my full weight on it. Highly recommend for anyone looking to improve their squat depth.

Essential for plantar fasciitis relief
My physical therapist recommended an incline board, and this one is fantastic. It helps stretch my arches effectively every evening. Very durable material that holds up well over time.
Q: Is this board suitable for standing exercises?
A: Yes, the board is designed to support full body weight and is ideal for standing stretches, squats, and balance exercises.
Q: What is the maximum weight limit for this incline board?
A: Our testing shows the board can safely support users up to 300 lbs without losing structural integrity or slipping.
Q: Is the 20-degree angle adjustable?
A: No, this specific model is fixed at a 20-degree incline to provide optimal tension for calf and ankle stretching. We do offer other models with different fixed angles if you need variation.
Q: Can this be used on carpeted floors?
A: Absolutely. The non-slip bottom texture grips well on both hard surfaces and low-pile carpets. For high-pile carpets, we recommend placing a thin mat underneath for extra stability.
Q: How do I clean the board if it gets sweaty?
A: Simply wipe it down with a damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid soaking the foam or using harsh chemicals, then let it air dry completely before storing.
