Excellent for core stability
Not just for speed! We use this for deceleration drills which have really helped my daughter improve her core strength and balance. The quick-release buckle is a great safety feature.

Great quality, easy to store
My son uses this for football training. The nylon material feels very durable, and it folds up small enough to fit in his gear bag. Only wish the instructions had more drill ideas, but overall a solid purchase.
