High definition indeed
You can see every street name clearly even on the large 48x72 version. The anti-glare glass works perfectly under our office lights.
Q: What is the return policy if the colors look different on my screen?
A: Since this is a customized product, we do not accept returns for buyer's remorse. However, we offer a free reprint if there is a manufacturing defect or significant color deviation from our proof approval.
Q: Is the glass real glass or acrylic?
A: Our standard framing service uses real UV-protective glass. Acrylic is available as a special request for larger sizes over 60 inches to reduce weight and breakage risk during transit.
Q: Can I add custom pins or markers to the digital file before printing?
A: Yes, you can upload a file with your own markers or use our online tool to place custom pins, labels, and highlights before finalizing the order.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes, we ship to most countries. Please note that international orders may incur customs duties and taxes depending on your location, and production time remains the same.
Q: Can I order just the print without the frame?
A: Absolutely. You can select the 'Print Only' option at checkout. The map will be shipped in a rigid tube to prevent creasing.
