Solved my temperature fluctuation issues

Good value but needs careful installation

The block itself is excellent quality for the price. Just make sure you tighten the screws evenly to avoid stripping the threads. Works great with PLA and ABS.

Perfect fit for my MK8 upgrade

Solid construction

Heavy duty aluminum that retains heat well. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that the included screws were slightly soft, but I used my own hardware.

Essential spare part

I keep two of these in my toolkit now. They are durable and the machining is precise. No leaks around the nozzle thread which was a problem with my previous generic brand.

A: No, the heating block is sold as a standalone component. You will need to transfer your existing thermistor or purchase one separately to install into the designated port.

Q: What is the thread size for the nozzle?

A: The nozzle thread is standard M6, which is compatible with the vast majority of MK7 and MK8 style nozzles available on the market.

Q: Is this compatible with a 24V power supply system?

A: Yes, this heating block is designed to accommodate standard heater cartridges that work with both 12V and 24V systems, provided you use the appropriate cartridge wattage.

Q: How do I prevent the heater cartridge from slipping out?

A: Ensure you use a high-temperature thermal paste when inserting the cartridge and tighten the set screw firmly against the flat side of the cartridge once installed.
