Excellent upgrade

Perfect fit for my ET5 printer

Robust construction
The aluminum heat sink feels very durable. The air tube interface fits snugly without leaking. I've run several long prints at 240°C with no issues whatsoever.

Good quality, minor threading issue
Overall a solid product. The heat sink dissipates heat very well. I had to tap the threads slightly to get the nozzle to sit perfectly flush, but once installed, it works great.

Works but instructions needed
The part itself works fine, but as a beginner, I struggled a bit with the wiring diagram. It would be nice if a small printed guide was included. Once figured out, it prints well.

A: Yes, the assembly arrives fully integrated with the 24V heater cartridge and NTC 100K thermistor already installed and tested, ready for immediate mounting.
Q: What is the diameter of the air tube connection?
A: The air tube interface is designed to fit a standard 4mm outer diameter PTFE tubing, which is common for most pneumatic cooling setups on FDM printers.
Q: What is the maximum operating temperature for this hotend?
A: The brass nozzle and heater cartridge are rated for continuous operation up to 260°C. We recommend staying within the 200°C-240°C range for optimal longevity when printing standard filaments like PLA or ABS.
