Q: What colors are currently in stock?

A: We currently have Black, White, Silver, Gold, and Red available. Please select your preferred color from the dropdown menu before ordering.

Q: Is this pen safe to use directly on instant photo film?

A: Yes, the acrylic formula is designed specifically to dry instantly on glossy photo surfaces without damaging the emulsion.

Q: How do I activate the press-type core if it feels dry?

A: Simply press the tip down on a scrap piece of paper several times until the ink flows. Shaking the pen gently beforehand also helps prime the core.

Q: Can I wash clothing marked with this pen?

A: Once the ink is completely dry, it is water-resistant and generally survives gentle washing. We recommend waiting 24 hours before the first wash.

Q: Does the pen come with refills?

A: This listing is for a single pen only. Refills are available separately in our store under the Touchmark accessories section.
