Great value for students
As an art student, I needed something affordable but reliable. This liner works well for ink outlining and acrylic detailing. It took a few uses to break in, but now it's my go-to.

Perfect for fine details
This brush holds a fantastic point. I use it for watercolor botanical illustrations and the lines are incredibly crisp. The wolf hair has just the right amount of snap.

Good, but requires care
The brush is very fine, perhaps too fine for heavy acrylics. It shines with watercolor and ink. You must be careful not to press too hard or the tip can bend permanently.

Solid everyday liner
Does exactly what it says on the tin. Good spring, holds a lot of liquid for its size, and creates uniform edges. A staple in my pencil case.

Smooth lines every time
I bought this for face painting details and it works wonderfully. The soft hair is gentle on skin but precise enough for intricate designs. Highly recommend!

Excellent for Gongbi painting
I practice traditional Chinese painting and this brush mimics the behavior of much more expensive brushes. The flow of ink is consistent and the tip does not splay easily.

A: This specific listing is for a single extra-fine liner brush. We do offer variety packs in our store page; please check the 'Related Products' section for multi-size sets.

Q: Is this brush suitable for oil painting?
A: While primarily designed for water-based media like watercolor and ink, the wolf hair can handle light oil applications if cleaned immediately with appropriate solvents. However, it is optimized for water-based paints.
