Good but dries out fast if uncapped
The performance is great when fresh, but you have to be very careful to cap it immediately. I left it open for a minute and the tip got stiff. Otherwise, good quality.

Perfect for Gundam panel lining
This brush is a game changer for my HG and MG kits. The flat tip allows for incredibly precise lines without bleeding. Highly recommended for anyone serious about detailing.

Best water-based liner I've used
I've tried several brands, but this one holds the most paint while maintaining a sharp edge. Cleaning it with just water is a huge plus after long sessions.

Made my first build look professional
As a beginner, I was scared to do panel lining. This pen made it so easy. The ink flows smoothly and mistakes wipe away easily with a damp cloth before drying.

Excellent for tiny details
Not just for Gundams! I use this for painting eyes on miniature figures. The flat tip shape helps create clean strokes that round brushes just can't match.

Great control, slight learning curve
The fine tip offers amazing control once you get the hang of the pressure needed. It took me a few tries to stop the paint from pooling, but the results are worth it.
Q: Does this work well on dark colored plastic parts?
A: Yes, but since it uses water-based paint, you may need to apply a white undercoat or use a specific dark-colored water-based liner paint for visibility on black parts.
Q: Is the tip replaceable if it gets damaged?
A: No, the tip is integrated into the pen body. However, with proper care and cleaning, the synthetic bristles are designed to last for hundreds of hours of use.
Q: Can this be used with acrylic enamel paints?
A: This brush is specifically optimized for water-based paints. While you can use it with acrylics, ensure you clean it immediately with water to prevent bristle damage.
Q: How do I store this when not in use?
A: Always store the pen horizontally or with the tip facing down in a cup if you plan to use it again soon. For long-term storage, ensure the cap is sealed tightly and store upright.
Q: What is the exact width of the flat tip?
A: The flat tip measures approximately 0.2mm in width, making it ideal for standard 1/144 and 1/100 scale panel lines.
