Soft tips as advertised
Very soft on the paper, no scratching. Great for gouache details. I wish the set came with a protective tube for travel, but the quality of the bristles is top-notch.

Best purchase for my studio
These have replaced my expensive sable brushes for daily sketching. The durability is impressive, and they maintain their ultra-fine tip even after weeks of heavy use.

Excellent for Chinese Ink
The flow of ink is consistent, and the triangular ferrule allows for unique stroke variations that round brushes just cannot achieve. Highly recommended for calligraphy practice.

Versatile across different paints
I was skeptical about using one brush type for both watercolor and acrylics, but these nylon tips clean up easily and bounce back to their original shape every time.

Perfect for fine detail work
These brushes hold a fantastic point. I use them primarily for ink outlining in my sketchbook, and the triangle shape gives me incredible control over line width.

Great value for students
Bought this set for my art exam preparation. They are soft yet firm enough for precise strokes. The only reason for 4 stars is that the smallest brush requires very gentle handling.
Q: Is this set good for absolute beginners?
A: Absolutely. The synthetic nylon is forgiving and durable, making it an excellent choice for students learning brush control without the high cost of natural hair brushes.
Q: Can I use these brushes with thick oil paint?
A: While they work well with oils, we recommend thinning the paint slightly for the finest details to prevent splaying the ultra-fine nylon tips.
Q: What is the exact length of the handles?
A: The handles are approximately 18 cm (7 inches) long, providing a balanced feel ideal for both close-up detailing and broader sketching movements.
Q: How do I clean the brushes after using acrylics?
A: Rinse immediately under lukewarm water with mild soap. Gently reshape the triangle tip with your fingers and let them air dry horizontally to maintain their form.
Q: Are these brushes suitable for left-handed artists?
A: Yes, the ergonomic hexagonal handle design provides a comfortable grip for both left and right-handed users, ensuring stable control during detailed work.
