Essential for track renovation
Used this on a high school running track. It removed the worn top layer cleanly without damaging the base. The anti-vibration handle made a long day of work much more bearable.

Perfect for our tennis court resurfacing
We used this machine to shave down an old Silicon PU court before applying new layers. The 280mm width was efficient, and the copper motor handled the tough surface without bogging down. Highly recommended for professional crews.

Good machine, instructions could be better
The shaver works well once you figure out the settings. The manual was a bit vague on blade replacement procedures. Otherwise, it does exactly what it claims for track maintenance.

Solid build, heavy but effective
The machine is quite heavy at 45kg, so it takes some strength to maneuver, but that weight helps keep it stable during shaving. The cut depth is consistent, which saved us hours of manual sanding.

Great value for specialized equipment
Compared to renting industrial floor grinders, this dedicated shaver is much easier to control for sports surfaces. Dust extraction hookup works well with our shop vac.

Motor power is impressive
I was worried about burning out the motor on thick plastic tracks, but the copper-core engine runs cool even after 3 hours of continuous use. The blade alignment was perfect out of the box.

A: The adjustable depth gauge allows for a maximum removal of 3mm per pass. For deeper removal, we recommend multiple passes to ensure surface integrity.
Q: Does the unit come with replacement blades?
A: The package includes one set of installed hardened alloy steel blades. Replacement blades are sold separately under part number BL-280-PU.
Q: Can this machine be used on concrete surfaces?
A: No, this shaver is specifically designed for Silicon PU, acrylic, and plastic track surfaces. Using it on concrete may damage the blades and the motor.
