Kids love it!
We installed this in the backyard play area. It's durable enough to handle the kids running around and playing soccer, and it drains well after rain. No more muddy feet coming inside!

Great quality, heavy roll
The quality is excellent and feels soft underfoot. My only note is that the roll is quite heavy, so you might need help moving it if you order a large size. Installation was straightforward using landscape staples.

Good value for money
For the price, this is a solid product. It's not quite as plush as the premium stadium-grade turf, but for residential landscaping, it exceeds expectations. The drainage holes work perfectly.

Excellent wall covering

Perfect for my balcony garden

Survived the summer heat
We live in a very hot climate, and I was concerned about melting or fading. After a full summer of direct sunlight, the color is still vibrant and the blades haven't flattened. Highly recommend.
Q: What is the warranty period for UV fading?
A: We offer a 5-year warranty against significant UV fading and degradation under normal outdoor conditions. If you notice excessive fading within this period, please contact our support team.
Q: Does this product get extremely hot in direct sunlight?
A: Like most synthetic materials, it can get warm in direct midday sun. However, the PE material we use retains less heat than older rubber-based turfs. Spraying it lightly with water can cool it down quickly.
Q: Can this turf be installed directly over concrete?
A: Yes, you can install it over concrete. We recommend cleaning the surface thoroughly and using a strong outdoor adhesive or double-sided tape designed for artificial grass to secure it.
Q: Is it safe for pets and dogs?
A: Absolutely. The materials are non-toxic and lead-free. The drainage system allows pet urine to pass through easily, and the surface is easy to rinse clean with a hose.
Q: How do I cut this to fit an irregular shape?
A: You can easily cut the turf using a sharp utility knife or heavy-duty scissors. Cut from the backing side for the cleanest edge, following the rows of stitching for a natural look.
