Excellent shock absorption
I do a lot of Olympic lifting, and these pads handle the impact beautifully. My floor is protected, and the tiles provide a stable surface for squats and deadlifts. Highly recommend for serious lifters.

Solid value for the price
Compared to other brands, these offer great value. They are thick enough to protect the subfloor but not so soft that they feel unstable. One tile had a slightly rough edge, but it didn't affect the fit.

Easy to install and clean

Great quality but strong initial smell
The durability is excellent and the interlocking mechanism works well. However, there was a noticeable rubber smell for the first week. I left the windows open, and it dissipated completely. Very happy with the purchase now.
